摘　　要：结合作者多年来在农业科技查新工作中的认识和体会,分析了影响农业科技查新工作质量的因素,并对农业科技查新工作的可持续发展提出了对策与建议。Based on the author＇ s understanding and experience of sci-tech novelty searching in agriculture for years, this pa- per analyzed the influencing factors on the quality of the sci-tech novelty retrieval in agriculture. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the sustainable development of agricultural sci-tech novelty retrieval were also put forward in the paper.
