摘　　要：简要介绍了黑龙江省图书馆对全省公共图书馆的集群管理,分析了市县级图书馆的中文图书编目情况,解析了目前编目工作的现状以及存在的问题,并提出了未来工作的思路。This paper has introduced the cluster management of public libraries by the Heilongjiang Provincial public Library, combed the Chinese cataloging situation of libraries at the city and county level, analyzed the current status and problems in cataloging, and given ideas for future work.
