摘  要:阐述了数控折弯机在板料折弯时,挠度变形的产生原理,分析了几何补偿机构、机械补偿机构和液压补偿机构的工作原理及其优缺点,最终设计了逐点机械液压挠度补偿机构,并对这种补偿技术进行了研究,说明其工作原理和控制技术,为折弯机挠度补偿装置的设计和研究提供理论依据。The flexibility of CNC Press Brake occurred at the sheet metal bending. The point-by-point mechanical hydraulic flexibility compensation mechanism was eventually designed after analyzing its principle and advantages and disadvantages of the geometric, mechanical and hydraulic compensation mechanism. And then the compensation technique carefully was studied and its working principle and control technology were indicated, which provide a theoretical basis to design on the press brake flexibility compensation device.
