摘 要:松辽盆地深层气开发营城组砾岩、火山岩储层,经过几年的勘探开发,其中的一些井出现井口漏气、带压等安全隐患问题。在对井口漏气、带压井的实际建井过程进行分析后,认为固井前界面胶结环境恶劣导致固井界面胶结质量差,是井口漏气、带压的主要原因之一。结合松辽盆地地层特殊、井身质量难控制、界面质量差,导致胶结密封不良等深层气井固井难点,2010年,在钻井过程中研究并实践加强钻井液性能管理,提高井眼质量,在固井前进行良好的井眼准备和使用优质前置液技术,有效保证了固井界面胶结质量,一定程度上提高了固井优质率。通过室内实验和现场试验评价,形成了固井前钻井液优化调整和多周循环、固井中使用冲洗液技术和隔离液技术等配套工艺,2010年固井质量合格率达到100%,固井质量优质率从30.3%提高到83.33%。该工艺技术的应用,提高了气井固井质量和层间封隔能力,有效保证了压裂酸化作业的顺利进行和生产井的安全生产。After several years of ard such as wellhead leakage or of Yingcheng formation of Songliao deep gas exploration and development,some wells have potential safety haz- under pressure in the development of conglomerate and volcanic reservoirs basin.After the problem wells are analyzed,we know that one of the main reasons is the bad cementing quality resulted from bad cementing environment at the interface before well cement.Combined with the cementing difficulty in the deep gas wells resulted from special formation charac- teristics,being difficult to control on well quality and the poor interface quality,in 2010 we researched and practiced the strength of performance management of drilling fluids,made the bore hole quality improved. High-quality well bore preparation and pad fluid technology before the cementing ensure and improve the cementing quality.h forms optimization adjustment and multi-cycle of the drilling fluid before cementing,and the application of flushing water and isolated fluid in the process of cementing through evaluation of laboratory and field experiments.Qualification rate of cement job quality was 100% ,and high quality rate of it significantly improved from 30.3% to 83.33% in 2010.The application of this technology improves the cement job quality of gas wells and ability of isolation of individual zones.Successful acid-fracturing treatment and safety production of the produced wells may be ensured as well.
