摘 要:为实现以三维模型作为机加工艺信息载体的目的,提出了一种基于信息映射的三维机加工序模型的辅助生成方法。首先总结机械加工领域知识,分析了领域内的基本概念和约束关系,建立了机械加工领域本体。在领域本体的引导下,描述了机械加工的基本情景,并据此定义了工艺信息模型和建模信息模型,并实现了它们的映射关系。基于UG NX描述了通过建模信息模型实现三维工序模型辅助生成的方法。最后,通过封装工艺信息,实现了三维工序模型辅助生成工具,使工艺员能够面向工艺知识创建三维工序模型。In order to realize the goal taking the 3D model as the machining process information carrier, in this paper the method of 3D procedure model assisting generation based on information mapping was put forward. Firstly, the knowledge in the field of mechanical processing was summarized, and the concept and restraint conditions was analyzed. As a result, the domain ontology of machining processing was developed. And the common situation of machining was described, the process information model and modeling information model was defined and the mapping relationship was achieved. Based on the UG NX software, the 3 D procedure model generating method based on the information mapping was described. At last, the process information was encapsulated and the 3D procedure model generating tool was developed. On the help of the present tool, the engineer could create the 3D procedure model facing the process knowledge.
