基于移民安稳致富的三峡库区旅游业发展研究——以湖北省巴东县为例

摘　　要：三峡库区不仅是旅游资源富集区,也是大规模移民区,更是生态敏感区和经济欠发达区。随着三峡库区进入后三峡工程时代,三峡库区旅游业的可持续发展,既要遵循旅游业发展的内在规律,又要兼顾库区生态文明建设与移民安稳致富的时代责任。本文以湖北省巴东县为典型个案,分析了三峡工程蓄水产生的影响,从促进三峡工程移民安稳致富与构建和谐新库区的战略高度提出了三峡库区旅游业发展的思路与对策。Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR) area is not only a region rich in tourist resources,but also an area of large-scale resettlements and an eco-sensitive areas and economically underdeveloped areas.As the Three Gorges project moves into a new period,the sustainable development of its tourism must not only follow the internal rules of development,but also take into account the duty of ecological civilization construction and stable prosperity.Taking Badong County as a typical case,this paper,analyses the impact Three Gorges Project exerts and proposes some strategies of development of tourism in the Three Gorges reservoir area from a strategic perspective of promoting stability and prosperity to build a harmonious new area.
