摘  要:针对大型火电机组频繁参与电网调峰以及煤质不稳定导致机组燃烧扰动增多,使得协调控制系统控制品质下降的问题,提出了利用风量、氧量构造热量信号,并将此信号经过微分后引入炉侧调节器,构成导前微分协调控制系统的改进方案,同时给出补偿法整定微分增益的方法,采用机组通用简化非线性动态模型利用相对增益矩阵法在系统耦合特性和等效对象特性之间进行衡量和比较,选取适合的等效对象,计算得到微分增益.结果表明:导前微分协调控制系统能够改善系统的控制品质,减小负荷变化对机前压力的扰动,有效克服制粉系统和燃料发热量变化扰动.In order to solve the problems of poor control quality of coordinated control systems for large thermal power plants,occurring during frequent participation in peak load regulation and during combustion disturbance resulted from unstable coal quality,an improved coordinated control system has been proposed,which introduces heat release signals,constructed by air/oxygen flow,into boiler modulator after differentiation.The differential gain is set by compensation tuning method.Choosing a simplified nonli-near model,and by comparing the properties of system coupling and equivalent object using relative gain array method,differential gain is then calculated based on properly selected equivalent object.Simulation results show that the guidance differential coordinated control system will be able to improve the control quality by effectively reducing the throttle pressure disturbance caused by load variation,and internal disturbance of pulverizing system and fuel heat value.
