摘　　要：铝合金大规格拉制无缝管材由于外形尺寸大,尺寸精度高,特别是对管材的表面质量、直线度要求很严,生产难度大。以6061铝合金为例,介绍采用挤压开坯进行拉制无缝管材的生产工艺。It is difficult to produce aluminum alloy seamless pipes with large diameter due to the drawing size is too large and high dimension accuracy required, especially the pipe surface quality and straightness required is very strict. This article introduced 6061 aluminum alloy seamless pipes with large diameter, that is using extrusion press to produce the seamless pipe stock and then to draw it on the drawing machine.
