摘　　要：本文论述了步进电动机4XWNC知能化数控系统的硬软件原理,并提出了一种微型计算机分层管理的控制方法,4XWNC系统对普通机床改造成精密微机数控机床、三坐标以上的多坐标插补联动的实现以及机器人多运动环节的控制等有着重要的作用.The 4XWNC type wise NC system of step-motor is a mechatronical product. The hard ware of the system which is controlled by 8039 Single-Chip Microcomputer is very simple. The Verity of the step-cut index of step-motor is 10-50. If one TP801 A single-board microcomputer is used,the concerted action of polycoordinate axis with step-motor can be carried out. The system is reliable,economic and easy to be popularized.
