2型糖尿病患者血清CA19-9、hs-CRP水平变化的研究

摘　　要：目的研究2型糖尿病患者糖链抗原19-9(carbohydrate antigen19-9,CA19-9)、高敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivityc-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平变化。方法用电化学发光免疫分析法和免疫荧光法测定110例糖尿病患者CA19-9、hs-CRP水平,以年龄和性别相匹配的健康体检者作为对照,分析CA19-9、hs-CRP水平在2型糖尿病患者血清中的变化,对CA19-9、hs-CRP水平升高者行腹部CT检查以排除胰腺及肝胆部位病变。结果 2型糖尿病患者CA19-9、hs-CRP水平分别为(38±11.7)kU/ml、(3.03±1.54)mg/L,健康对照者分别为(9.6±4.3)kU/ml、(0.82±0.24)mg/L,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示CA19-9与空腹血糖(fasting blood-glucose,FBS)(r=0.48,P<0.05)、hs-CRP(r=0.45,P<0.05)有相关性。结论糖尿病患者CA19-9、hs-CRP显著高于健康对照者,糖尿病患者的CA19-9与空腹血糖及hs-CRP有关,CA19-9升高者必要时需行胰腺及肝胆等部位的检查以排除恶性病变。Objective To study the change of serum levels of CA19-9 and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Serum levels of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were respectively measured by electro-chemi-luminescence immunoassay assay and fluorescence immunoassay,the control group was the health group matching gender and year,An analysis of the change of Serum levels of CA19-9 and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,if CA19-9 and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than those in normal controls,these patients should be detected by CT,to eliminate lesions of pancreas、gall bladder and liver.Results Serum levels of CA19-9[（38±11.7） kU/ml]and hs-CRP[（3.03±1.54） mg/L]in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls：CA19-9[（9.6±4.3） kU/ml]and hs-CRP[（0.82±0.24） mg/L],（P0.05）.Multiple regression analysis showed CA19-9 was positive relativity with FBS（r=0.48,P0.05） and hs-CRP（r=0.45,P0.05）.Conclusion CA19-9 is relativity with FBS and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,if serum levels of CA19-9 and hs-CRP are elevated,to eliminate malignant,the patients should be test pancreas,gall bladder and liver ect.
