摘　　要：目的分析笔者所在医院3年来慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的住院患者诊治的变化情况,豁痰丸结合西医常规治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效分析。方法回顾分析2008年～2011年3年间住院慢阻肺患者300例的临床资料。结果豁痰丸结合西医常规治疗COPD急性加重期,总有效率明显优于对照组,肺功能、痰色、痰量等的改善明显优于对照组。结论豁痰丸结合西医治疗治疗COPD较之单纯西药治疗具有明显的优势。Objective Analysis of our hospital in the past 3 years of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients and change,reduce phlegm pill in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease curative effect analysis.Methods A retrospective analysis from 2008 to 2011 3 years hospitalized COPD patients and clinical data in 300 cases.Results Eliminating reduce phlegm pill in the treatment of AECOPD relative to the treatment group can significantly reduce the length of hospital stay and number of recurrences,sputum color and sputum volume.Conclusion Reduce phlegm pill in the treatment of AECOPD,can reduce the length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of the number.
