摘　　要：本文通过对三部影片的回顾和三个城市更新案例的比较研究,总结上海城市更新机制的演进方式,提出城市土地使用制度完善、小规模渐进式改造和创造就业岗位是未来城市更新发展的主要方向。By the means of reviewing three movies and study on three renewal cases comparatively,this paper summarized that the evolution of urban renewal mechanism,and also proposed that the main trends for the future urban renewal is the consummation of land-use institution,the small-scale renovation and the employment opportunities provided.
