摘　　要：目的:检测血液细菌培养阳性患者血清中人前心钠肽(proANP)水平,与人前降钙素(PCT)水平进行比较,评价proANP在菌血症或败血症患者中的诊断价值。方法:收集我院住院或门诊送检的血液需氧菌培养为阳性的患者血清43例作为观察组,选择12例健康成人血清作对照组,同时做proANP和PCT检测。结果:proANP和PCT两组比较差异有显著性。两指标呈正相关(y = 28.009 + 9.732x, r = 0.954, P <0.001)。结论:proANP对菌血症或败血症患者的早期快速诊断与PCT具有相似的价值并呈正相关。Objective To compare the levels of pro-atrial natriuretic peptide （proANP） and procacitonin （PCT） in patients with bacteremia or septicemia,and to evaluate the diagnostic value of proANP for them.Methods Fourty-three blood samples with positive aerobic germiculture were collect as patient group,12 blood samples from healthy adult as control group.The levels of proANP and PCT were measured.Results In patient group,the relation between proANP and PCT could be described as y=28.009 ＋ 9.732x,r=0.954,P 0.001.Conclusion The value of proANP for early and rapid diagnosis of patients with bacteremia or septicemia was similar to that of PCT,and they were positively correlated.
