摘  要:目的探讨林蛙皮提取物(RCSE)对实验性胃溃疡的防治作用。方法将动物随机分为模型组、西咪替丁组和3个RCSE组。通过小鼠水浸束缚应激性溃疡实验、大鼠幽门结扎型溃疡实验和醋酸诱发的胃溃疡实验观察溃疡发生的程度,测定血浆和胃组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果与模型组比较,RCSE明显减小了应激性溃疡的溃疡指数(UI)(P<0.01);高剂量RCSE减小了醋酸诱发的胃溃疡的UI、幽门结扎型溃疡的溃疡程度和胃液总酸度、总酸排出量和胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05)。RCSE提高了3种胃溃疡的血浆GSH-Px和T-SOD活力(P<0.05或P<0.01),也降低了MDA的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);对幽门结扎型溃疡胃组织中的GSH-Px、T-SOD活力和MDA含量也有类似结果(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 RCSE能够防治动物实验性胃溃疡,具有抗氧化作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Rana chensinensis skin extracts(RCSE) on three kinds of experimental gastric ulcers.METHODS Animals were randomly divided into model control,cimetidine and three RCSE groups.The GSH-Px and T-SOD activity,MDA content in plasma and gastric tissue were detected in three kinds of gastric ulcer models,water immersion stressed mice,pylorus ligated rats and acetic acid induced rats.RESULTS Compared with the model control group,three doses of RCSE significantly decreased the ulcer index(UI) in water stressed mice(P0.01).The lower dose of RCSE had no significant effect on the UI in acetic acid induced rats,and the ulcer degree,total acidity,output of total acid,and p.TIFin activity in pylorus ligated rats(P0.05),but the higher dose of RCSE had a positive alleviation effect(P0.05).RCSE increased the plasma GSH-Px and T-SOD activity(P0.05 or P0.01),and lowered MDA content in three gastric ulcer models.It also showed the same effect on the gastric tissue of pylorus ligated rats(P0.05 or P0.01).CONCLUSION RCSE exhibits the preventive and therapeutic effects on the experimental gastric ulcers,and presents anti-oxidation activity.
