摘　　要：背景肺损伤是心脏手术体外循（cardiopulmonary bypass，CPB）的主要并发症之一，肺保护一直是临床、实验研究热点。目的为CPB下心脏手术肺保护提供参考。内容就近年来心脏手术CPB期间通气策略和麻醉药物、CPB设备和技术、肺动脉灌注技术、药物干预对肺保护作用的进展进行综述。趋向CPB下心脏手术肺保护已取得一定的成果，但更多的研究仍值得开展。Background Lung dysfunction is one of the major complications during cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass （CPB）, and lung protection has been a clinical, experimental research focus. Objective Offering reference for lung protection of cardiac surgery with CPB. Content We review current progress of lung-protective strategies during cardiac surgery with CPB, mainly on advances of ventilation strategies and anaesthetic, equipments and technique of CPB, perfusion of pulmonary artery, as well as drug interference. Trend Lung protection of cardiac surgery with CPB has been achieved some results, but more researches are still worth carrying out.
