摘 要:为了快速测试煤的临界温度做好煤矿防灭火的指导工作,提出了一种基于交叉点温度测试的煤自燃临界温度测试新方法。实验采用中国矿业大学自主研制的煤氧化模拟实验系统,对精选的典型煤样进行测试,结果表明:基于交叉点温度测试得到的临界温度与绝热氧化法所测结果基本一致,且实验周期短,单个煤样测试时间不超过4h,因此,利用交叉点温度测试获取煤自燃临界温度是一种可行的、快捷的方法。In order to rapidly measure the critical temperature of the coal to do the guidance work of the mine fire prevention and control well, a new measurement method of coal spontaneous combustion critical temperature was provided base on a cross point temperature measurement. The coal oxidization simulation experiment system researched and developed by the China University of Mining and Technology was applied to the measurement and test of the fine typical coal samples. The results showed that the critical temperature obtained base on the cross point temperature measurement was basically same to the results measured from the thermal insulated oxidation method. The experiment period would be short and the measuring time of a single sample would not be over 4 h. Therefore the coal spontaneous combustion critical temperature obtained base on the cross point temperature measured would be a feasible and rapid method.
