摘  要:[目的]研究芦荟对果蝇寿命和生活周期的影响,为进一步开发芦荟的医疗保健功效提供理论依据。[方法]以果蝇为材料,在其培养基中加入适当体积的芦荟全叶匀浆,使其最终浓度分别为10、25、50、75、100 g/L,探究芦荟对果蝇寿命及各代果蝇体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。[结果]各剂量组的芦荟均能不同程度地延长果蝇平均寿命及最高寿命,随着喂饲时间的延长和浓度的增加,果蝇体内的SOD活力明显增强。[结论]芦荟具有较强的药用和食用价值,含有多种消除氧自由基的成分,能延长果蝇寿命。[Objective] To study the effect of aloe on the lifespan and life cycle of Drosophila melanogaster,so as to provide theoretical basis for further developing the medical and health care effect of aloe.[Method] The medium of Drosophila melanogaster was added with appropriate amount of whole leaf homogenate of aloe to keep the final concentration at 10,25,50,75 and 100 g/L respectively,then the effects of aloe on the lifespan and superoxide dismutase activity of Drosophila melanogaster were studied.[Result] Different doses of aloe could prolong the average and longest lifespan of Drosophila melanogaster to different extent,with the extending feeding time and increasing concentration,the SOD activity in Drosophila melanogaster improved significantly.[Conclusion] With a variety of ingredients to eliminate oxygen radicals,aloe had high medical and edible values and could extend the lifespan of Drosophila melanogaster.
