摘  要:[目的]比较灰霉菌孢子悬浮液和灰霉菌分泌毒素对拟南芥的致病性差异。[方法]分别用灰霉菌孢子悬浮液和灰霉菌分泌毒素接种拟南芥叶片,然后观察二者对拟南芥叶片的发病情况。[结果]灰霉菌毒素对拟南芥有一定的致病力,且与孢子侵染有相似之处。灰霉菌在对拟南芥侵染的过程中分泌大量毒素,毒素能降解细胞壁,有利于菌丝的扩大生长。菌丝的扩大生长能分泌更多的毒素,因此两者相互配合杀死植物细胞。[结论]为灰霉菌毒素的分离、提纯、鉴定等研究奠定了基础。[Objective] The aim was to compare pathogenic differences between the spore suspension and toxins which was secreted from Botrytis cinerea against Arabidopsis thaliana.[Method] The spore suspension and toxins which was secreted from Botrytis cinerea were respectively inoculated into Arabidopsis thaliana leaves,and then the prevalence situation of Arabidopsis thaliana leaves was observed.[Result] The toxins had certain pathogenicity the same as spore suspension.In the process of infection of Botrytis cinerea on Arabidopsis thaliana,there accrued a large amount of toxins,which could degradation the cell wall in order to enlarge the growth of hypha.Thus,both of them killed plant cells though coordinate with each other.[Conclusion] The research laid a basis for studies on the isolation,purification and identification of Botrytis cinerea toxins.
