摘 要:[目的]为解决土壤中的重金属污染问题提供参考。[方法]利用湿法技术制备有机螯合剂二乙烯三胺五乙酸(DTPA)改性膨润土的有机-无机复合体,利用单因素试验法确定该吸附剂吸附供试土壤中金属离子Cu2+的影响因素(温度、湿度、吸附解析次数)的最佳值。[结果]该吸附剂吸附供试土壤中金属离子Cu2+的最佳温度为20℃,最佳湿度(土壤持水量)为90%,有机-无机复合体吸附剂吸附-解析的最佳次数为3次,超过3次其吸附能力明显下降,需要补充或更换新的吸附剂,以便增强其吸附能力。[结论]研究结果为重金属污染土壤的面源污染治理提供了理论依据。[Objective] The reference for the problem-solving of heavy metals' pollution in soil was provided.[Method] The organic-inorganic complex in bentonite was improved with DTPA prepared with the technology of wetting method and the best value of the affecting factor(temperature,humidity,number of adsorption and desorption in the adsorbent for metal ion-Cu2+ in soil was determined with the design of single-factor experiment.[Result] In the experiment in the adsorbent of metal ion-Cu2+in soil,the optimum temperature was 20 ℃;the optimum moisture(soil water holding capacity),90%;the optimum number of the adsorption and desorption of organic-inorganic complex,3 times,and the adsorption capacity was significantly decreased if the number of the adsorption and desorption was beyond three times and the supplement or the replacement of new adsorbent was needed for the improvement of its adsorption capacity.[Conclusion] The theoretical basis of the control of non-point source pollution of heavy metal in soil was provided through the research.
