白水坑水库洪水分期过渡期研究

摘　　要：针对洪水分期在调度上存在的不足,提出洪水分期过渡期概念。采用模糊理论和分形理论对白水坑水库洪水分期过渡期进行了研究。结果表明,2种方法确定的洪水分期过渡期一致,可以指导水库实际调度工作。Aiming at the dispatching problem,a new conception about transitional period of divided flood season was put forward.Fuzzy theory and fractal theory were used to research transitional period of divided flood season of Baishuikeng Reservoir.The results showed that conclusion gained by these two methods is same,so they can provide the reference for reservoir optimal operation.
