传染性支气管炎病毒感染对雏鸡血清IFN-γ和IL-4的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)感染后雏鸡干扰素(γ)和白介素4(IL-4)的变化。[方法]将80只15日龄雏鸡随机分为对照组和试验组。试验组雏鸡滴鼻接种IBV尿囊液。分别于21、24、27日龄时,每组随机取10只鸡,ELISA方法测定血清IFN-γ和IL-4水平。[结果]IBV感染组雏鸡血清IFN-γ水平显著降低(P<0.01),IL-4水平显著上升(P<0.01)。在24、27日龄IL-4水平在试验组和对照组之间差异极显著(P(0.01)。[结论]IBV感染雏鸡的细胞免疫和体液免疫处于紊乱态势。[Objective] The aim of this study was to observe dynamic changes in serum levels of IFN-γ（Interferon-γ） and IL-4（Interleukin-4） in chickens challenged with IBV（Infectious bronchitis virus）.[Method] Eighty 15-day-old chickens were randomly assigned into two groups.The chickens in the experimental group were inoculated with IBV allantoic fluid via nose drip.At 21,24 and 27 days old,10 chickens were randomly selected,and their serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.[Result] After the chickens were challenged with IBV,the serum level of IFN-γ was significantly decreased（P﹤0.01） but that of IL-4 was significantly increased（P﹤0.01）.Moreover,the serum level of IL-4 was significantly different between the experimental group and control group at 24 and 27 days old（P﹤0.01）.[Conclusion] The cellular and humoral immune are in disorder in IBV infected chickens.
