农产品质量安全标准的研究综述

摘　　要：对涉及农产品质量安全标准的企业动机、制定或采用该标准的生产商行为及影响因素、消费者行为和影响因素、标准化的理论和实践及企业行为能力等方面的国内外文献进行了概括和梳理,提出国内应从产业经济学、制度经济学和博弈论角度完善农产品质量安全标准的理论和实证分析;要运用竞争战略和竞争优势理论,并从制度环境、农产品特征、农产品市场的结构和产业链等方面对国内私人标准的形成、制定和影响进行深入研究。Internal or external documents what involved motivation and formulation of produce quality and safety standards,manufacturer＇s behavior and influencing factors,consumer＇s behavior and influencing factors,standardized theory and practice as well as enterprise＇s disposing capacity were summarized and analyzed.Then,relative research directions were pointed out：theory research and empirical analysis of produce quality and safety standards were perfected using industry economics,institutional economics,game theory;enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural products for China through private products quality and safety standards based on the competition strategy and competitive advantage theory;formation mechanism of private produce quality and safety standards in China from institutional environment,product characteristics,agricultural market structure and participants of agricultural industry chain.
