摘　　要：从办馆条件、信息资源建设、读者服务、人事制度、呈缴本制度等方面对现行地方公共图书馆法进行比较,指出已取得的成就和存在的差别。通过比较指出现存图书馆法存在法治建设观念、经费保障、读者权益保护、监督机制等问题,以期对图书馆法研究和制定提供参考和借鉴。The paper compares the existing local public library acts from the aspects of basic facilities,information resources construction,reader services,personnel system as well as the deposit system,analyzes their achievements and differences,and points out some problems in legal concept,funding guarantees,user right protection and supervision mechanism,aiming at providing reference for further study and the development of library laws.
