摘　　要：网络信息资源配置是国内外学术界较为关注的一个研究领域,在网络信息资源配置研究方面已逐步形成特色,并产生了一些重要的研究成果,但总体上缺乏一套成熟规范的理论体系。国外主要从传统资源配置、网络信息资源调查、配置效率与效益、方法与模式、信息政策以及配置实现问题等方面对网络信息资源配置进行了研究,国内重点进行了网络信息资源配置的意义与原则、效率衡量标准、配置模式、经济分析、影响因素、信息政策与信息制度等方面的研究。The network information resource allocation is concerned with in the domestic and foreign academic world.The researches on it have gradually formed some characteristics and some important research results have been achieved,but still lack a set of formed theory system as a whole.The network information resource allocation is studied from traditional resource allocation,network information resource survey,allocation efficiency and benefit,method and pattern,information policy as well as allocation realization problem at abroad,while domestic research emphasizes on the significance and principle of network information resource allocation,efficiency measuring standard,configuration mode,economic analysis,influencing factor,information policy and information system,etc.
