“211高校”电子资源版权政策存在的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：目前,"211高校"发布的电子资源版权政策在内容、设置方式、约束力和技术方面存在诸多问题,为此,应通过重新审视制定依据和数据库使用日志、提高版权政策的可接近性、联盟制定、研发或引进相关技术或系统、加强与数据库商的交流等措施来解决。The copyright policies of electronic resources in Project 211 universities remain some problems in the aspects of their contents,setting methods,restraint and techniques.So the author proposes some advices for solving the problems by attaching the importance to policy basis and the database logs,improving the accessibility of copyright policy,letting the union formulate the policies and develop or introduce the related techniques,and strengthening the exchanges with the database suppliers.
