摘  要:风力发电机组的工作环境和条件比较恶劣,常常存在着不确定性。风机运行的过程中,偏航失控和叶轮过速是经常出现的。文章针对偏航失控和叶轮过速两种情况,将现场实测数据导入风机专业软件,模拟风机运行和停机工况,得出塔架扭矩和受力图谱,并分析比较了塔顶和塔底的载荷情况。经分析比较表明,在偏航失控和叶轮过速情况下,塔架底部和顶部扭矩的变化量要明显大于塔架受力的变化,而且塔架底部的受力要大于顶部的受力,塔架顶部和底部的扭矩与受力基本相同。Uncertainty was usually existed because the environment and the condition of wind turbine generator are relatively bad, yawing stall and impeller exceeding were often appeared during the operation of wind turbine generator. Aimed at the two incidences above, the datas measured by sense were lead in professional software of wind turbine to simulate the operation and shut down of WTG. Tower torque and force map was obtained,and the comparison of the load of tower at top and bottom was analyzed. Through analysis and comparison,it indicated that when in the case of yawing stall and impeller exceeding ,the tower torque variation of bottom and top was greater than tower's, and the force at the bottom of the tower was greater than the force at the top, and yet the force and torque at the top and the bottom of tower were basically the same.
