摘 要:提出了一种新的无位置传感器无刷直流电机两步短时脉冲定位加速新方法。根据电机定子铁心饱和效应,采用六短时脉冲检测方法实现转子定位与初步加速,建立较低的反电动势。通过比较反电动势对短时检测脉冲的影响,选择2个有效短时脉冲进行定位,从而达到减小定位时间、提高定位准确度、快速加速电机的目的。利用加速阶段最后6次换相时间修正值作为切换后首次换相时间,实现了平滑切换至反电动势运行。试验结果验证本文所提方法定位准确、抗干扰能力强,能够快速加速电机,并能可靠实现反电动势运行。A novel two-step location and acceleration method of sensorless brushless DC motor(BLDCM) utilizing short voltage pulse is proposed in this paper.Using the six short voltage pulse detection method based on the saturation effect of the stator iron,the rotor can be located and accelerated.A lower back-electromotive force(EMF) can be established.Two effective short voltage pulses are selected to locate by comparing the affection of back-EMF on detection pulses at low speed.Thus location time is reduced and location accuracy is improved.The speed is also rapidly increased.The last six commutation time of acceleration stage is corrected and used as the first commutation time after switching.So the motor is switched to back-EMF running smoothly.The validity of the suggested method is verified by experiment.
