服务业发展的地区差异及成因研究

摘　　要：文章通过建立服务业发展水平评价指标体系,对2009年我国31个地区服务业发展水平进行了测算,并对其原因进行了分析。研究结果表明:我国各地区服务业发展水平总体差异较大,东部地区明显高于中西部地区;从服务业发展水平的影响因素来看,服务业城镇职工平均工资水平、所有制结构、城市化率、地区人均收入水平等变量都是服务业发展的重要影响因素。By means of setting up index system of evaluation,the paper calculates the development of service industry in 31 regions and analyzes the causes.The study shows that there exists a big difference in service development among different regions and the development level in eastern region is higher than that in central and western regions.Wage level of urban workers in service industry,ownership structure,urbanization rate and income level are important factors affecting service development.
