摘　　要：通过分析手机图书馆的应用现状,利用TD-SCDMA的数据通信优势以及现有的嵌入式平台及其成果,提出并构建了一种基于TD-SCDMA和CDMA 2000的手机在线图书馆设计方案。描述了手机图书馆的整体架构以及实现的关键技术等。本方案使得手机用户能方便地在线浏览图书,具有很强的实用价值。By analyzing the application status of mobile phone library, using data communication advantage of TD -SCDMA and the existing embedded platforms and results, a design proposal of mobile phone online library based on TD - SCDMA and CDMA 2000 is put forward and build, The structure of mobile phone library as well as the key techniques in the process of implementation are all described. This proposal allows mobile phone users to browse books online easily and also has a strong practical value.
