抑肽酶对体外循环手术患者的心肌保护作用

摘　　要：目的研究抑肽酶对体外循环(CPB)心脏直视术后心肌损伤的保护作用。方法选择我院2008-2010年间66例接受体外循环下心脏直视手术的患者,随机分为A、B两组,每组33人,A组患者在体外循环前、体外循环手术中应用常规剂量抑肽酶,B组患者为对照组,在相应时间给予生理盐水。所有患者在术前、术后即刻及术后12h、24h、48h抽取静脉血测定血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的浓度,结果在基本相同的身体情况及手术情况下,A组患者肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的浓度明显低于对照组B组(P<0.05)。结论抑肽酶对于体外循环术后的心肌损伤具有保护作用。Objective To investigate the protection effect of aprotinin in the heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.Method From 2008 to 2010,66 cases accepted heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass in our hospital,all the cases were divided into A,B groups randomly.A group： 33 people,Use regular doses aprotinin at the time before CPB and Intraoperative,group B：33 people,use saline in the corresponding time.All patients were determinated the concentration of cTnI preoperation,0 hours,12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation.Results Under the same conditions,cTnI concentration of cases in group B were significantly higher than cases in group A（P0.05）.Conclusion Aprotinin has protection effect of myocardial injury after heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.
