超重力法生产高碱值石油磺酸钙的中试研究

摘　　要：在小试成熟工艺技术的基础上,建成国内首套采用超重力工艺技术生产高碱值石油磺酸钙清净剂的中试装置。通过分析中试产品的关键指标碱值和黏度的变化,确定了碳酸化反应时间。通过监测中试装置运行过程中pH值和电导率的变化,实现了高碱值石油磺酸钙清净剂合成过程中碳酸化反应终点的自动化控制。运行结果表明,中试装置生产过程稳定,工艺操控性良好,生产效率较高,生产的高碱值石油磺酸钙润滑油清净剂的产品质量达到SH/T0042-91标准中一级品的质量要求。Based on the mature experiment technics,the high gravity pilot plant used to produce overbased calcium petroleum sulfonate detergent was built. The carbonation time was determined by analyzing the key points including base number and kinematical viscosity of product. By monitoring the pH number and conductivity during the manufacture process, the automatic control of the carbonation ending point was realized. The high gravity process of overbased calcium petroleum sulfonate detergent has the characteristics of high stability, convenient operation and control, high efficiency. The product of the overbased calcium petroleum sulfonate prepared meets the first grade product standard of SH0042-91.
