摘  要:[目的]观察Ⅱ-型拟除虫菊酯类农药对雄性昆明小鼠内脏器官和脑内褪黑素含量的影响及其可能的机制。[方法]将50只雄性昆明系小鼠随机分为5组(每组10只),分别为溴氰菊酯(DM)1.8mg/kg组、3.6mg/kg组;氯氰菊酯(CP)4mg/kg组、8mg/kg组及色拉油对照组;连续1个月经口灌胃染毒后,测定脏器系数并采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)荧光检测法检测雄性小鼠全脑中褪黑素(MT)的含量。[结果]染毒各组雄性小鼠脑内MT的含量都有不同程度的下降,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义。[结论]DM和CP可以影响试验雄性小鼠的内脏器官,也可以影响其脑内褪黑素的含量,使其有不同程度的下降。[ Objective ] To investigate the influence of Ⅱ-Pyrethrins on theviscera orgahs and the poisoning effect to system of substantial nigra and striatum in male mice and its mechanisia. [Methods] 50 Kunming male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups respectively (1) deltamethrin (DM) 1.8mg/kg; (2) deltamethrin (DM) 3.6mg/kg; (3) eypermethrin (CP) 4mg/kg; (4) cypormethrin (CP) 8mg/kg; (5) control group. Different doses of DM and CP in corn oil were administered to mouse by oral for a month, then determine organ relative, contents Melatonin (MT) were analyzed by high perfor- mance liquid chromatography (HPLC). [Results] The contents of MT in striatum in four administered groups were decreased compare with control group (P 〈 0.01 ). [Conclusion] DM and CP have a effect on the viscera organs of male mice ; DM and CP may decrease the level of Melatonin in mice's brain.
