摘　　要：目的评价消毒剂过氧戊二酸毒性,为其在消毒领域广泛应用提供依据。方法采用皮肤和眼粘膜刺激实验,观察过氧戊二酸对家兔皮肤和眼的局部反应;采用固定剂量法进行蓄积毒性实验,当实验组累积发生一半动物死亡终止实验;选用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验和精子畸形实验,对过氧戊二酸遗传毒性进行评价。结果 2.0%浓度的过氧戊二酸对家兔皮肤刺激强度积分为0分,0.5%浓度的过氧戊二酸对家兔眼刺激强度积分为2分;过氧戊二酸的蓄积系数K=5,蓄积毒性极弱。与阴性对照组比较,过氧戊二酸所致微核率和精子畸形率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论过氧戊二酸在本实验范围内对皮肤和眼睛无刺激性,弱蓄积毒性,无致微核和精子畸形作用,是一种低毒的过氧酸消毒剂。Objective To study the toxicity of perglutaric acid for its application in disinfection.Methods Stimulation experiment was used to observe the local response of rabbit skin and eye mucosa to perglutaric acid.Accumulative toxicity test was carried out with fixed dose method,and the experiment was terminated when a half of animal were dead.The micronuclear test with polychromatic erythrocytes（PCEs）of bone marrow and sperm abnormality test were used to detect the toxicity of perglutaric acid.Results Perglutaric acid at concentrations of 2% or 0.5% has no stimulative effect on rabbit skin and eye mucosa（0 score for skin irritation,2 score for eye irritation）.The accumulative toxicity of perglutaric acid is extremely weak,with a cumulative coefficient of 5.Compared with the negative control,perglutaric acid did not obviously increase the rate of sperm abnormality and micronuclear.Conclusion In a certain dose range,perglutaric acid has no stimulative effect on rabbit skin and eye mucosa and has no mutagenic effect with an extremely weak accumulative toxicity.Peracetic acid is a disinfector with low toxicity.
