摘  要:目的比较不同上游时间精子对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2010年10月至2011年5月在本中心进行IVF-ET治疗的患者62例,随机分为两组:1组精子上游时间严格限制为20 min(n=31),2组上游时间为40 min(n=31)。比较两组的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率及着床率。结果两组受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率差异均无统计学意义(75.46%vs 76.04%;95.50%vs 96.34%;55.07%vs 54.37%;54.84%vs 35.48%,P>0.05),但1组着床率明显高于2组(36.36%vs 20.00%,P=0.037)。结论在IVF-ET中,缩短精子上游时间有助于提高胚胎着床率。Objective A prospective study was planned to evaluate the effect of reduced the time of the sperms swim-up in an in vitro fertilization (IVF) program. Methods sixty-two infertile couples who were attempted for IVF treatment in October 2010 to May 2011 in our infertility center were ac cepted in this study. The couples were divided into two groups which were a group I (n=31) the time of the sperms swim up was 20 minutes and group H (n:31) was 40 minutes. ResultsNo obvious difference was found in fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high-quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups (75.46% vs 76.04% ;95.50% vs 96.34%, 55.07% vs 54.37%, 54.84% vs 35.48%, P〉0.05). However, the implantation rate was significantly higher in group 1 than that of group 2(36.36% vs 20.00%, P〈0.05). Conclusion It could be useful to consider reduced the time of the sperms swim-up in conventional IVF cycles, which correlates with high implantation rate.
