摘 要:大多数结构用铝合金通常要经过热处理或加工硬化以得到比退火状态更高的力学性能。这种合金焊接后,焊接热会使焊缝附近局部区域(称为热影响区heat affected zone,以下简称HAZ)强度降低。这与钢结构焊接存在显著的区别,也使得焊接铝合金柱构件的研究变得更为复杂。目前,单纯通过试验来研究焊接铝合金柱构件周期长,成本高。为此,本文以试验研究为基础,通过比较试验结果与有限元分析结果,验证了利用有限元ANSYS来研究焊接构件的可行性。在此基础上,分析了由于焊接引起构件焊缝周围材性变化及焊接残余应力对构件承载力的影响,为其在工程中的应用提供试验及理论依据。Most aluminium alloys used for structural purpose are either heat treated or cold worked in order to develop higher mechanical properties.When alloys with enhanced properties are welded,the heat of welding reduces the strength in localized regions and immediately adjacent to the welds,which makes the study of the carrying capacity of welded columns become more complicated.Nowadays it will be long time and cost much if only through experimental method to study the welded aluminum column members.Thus,based on the experimental study and by comparison the results of tests and the finite element analysis,the feasibility of utilizing ANSYS was verified to study the welded members.Furthermore,the influence of residual stresses and the change of material properties were analyzed around the welds caused by the welding to the carrying capacity of the members.The test and theory basis is provided for its applicationin the engineering.
