摘　　要：专利是发明技术的重要载体,专利间引用是一个重要且可测度的发明技术扩散途径。从专利角度对技术扩散概念进行了阐述;将基于专利的技术扩散研究总结为六类,对每类中的理论和专利分析方法等进行了较为全面的评述,指出了目前研究中存在的不足;最后对未来研究的内容和方向进行了展望。Patents are important carrier of inventions; technology diffusion approach. Firstly, the concept of the behavior of patent citation is a significant and measurable then a comprehensive literature review of the technology from six aspects, comments on the research status and technology diffusion was illustrated from patent perspective, diffusion research based on patent information was proposed achievements of technology diffusion using patent data and patent analysis methods were also figured out in each aspect. The deficiencies in present analysis methods or pro- cess, as well as the improvements should be made in the further work were mentioned at last
