摘 要:目的:对杠板归不同药用部位槲皮素含量进行测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为DiamonsilTMC-18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50),检测波长为360nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:槲皮素的进样量在0.05~1.00μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为97.73%,RSD=1.03%(n=6)。杠板归不同药用部位槲皮素含量差异较大。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于杠板归的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To determinate the contents of quercetin in different parts of Polygonum perfoliatum. METHODS: HPLC was performed on Diamonsil^TM C-18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)with methanol-0.4%phosphatic acid (50:50)as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min ^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of quercetin was 0.05- 1.00 μg(r= 0.999 8) with an average recovery of 97.73 % (RSD = 1.03 %, n = 6). The contents of quercetin were different significantly among different parts of P. perfoliatum.CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and highly reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of P perfoliatum.
