摘  要:为了明确波形电晕极的放电特性以指导工程设计与应用,在线-板式电除尘器中,实验研究了波形电晕极排列方式对电除尘器伏安特性的影响。试验中主要考虑了2个因素对波形电晕线放电性能的影响,即波形电晕线的偏转角和波形电晕极间距。其波形电晕极的具体布置方式分为:①波形电晕线偏转角分别为0°、45°、90°;②波形电晕极间距分别为147 mm3、94 mm4、41 mm。研究结果表明,夹角45°时的电晕电流比0°时的电晕电流高约1倍,虽略低于90°时的电晕电流,但比90°时的伏安特性稳定。在任意角度下,波形电晕极间距为394 mm时具有更好的伏安特性。The discharging characteristics of a new type of corona wire, waveform electrode, are discussed in this paper, h is known that the corona wire is one of a vitally important unit in a wire - plate electrostatic precipitator (ESP) for engineering design and industrial application since the shape, structure, and arrangement of the corona wire has significant influences an the efficiency of collecting dust. In order to definite the voltage - current characteristics of the wavofonn dectredes, two cases are considered in these experiments: ( 1 )The deflection angle of wnveforrm corona wire is 0°, 45°, and 90° respectively. (2)The distance between the wavefonn electrodes is 147 mm, 394 mm and 441 mm respectively. The experimental results have been shown as follows. The corona current of the waveform electrodes at 45°is two times greater than that of the wnveform dectrodes at 0% The voltage - current characteristics at 45° is more steady than that at 90°, even though the corona current at 45° is a little hit lower than that at 90°. When the distance between the waveform electrodes is 394 mm, the voltage - current char- aeteristics is better than that with 147 nan and 441 mm at any deflection angle of waveform cororta wire.
