摘 要:影响硫酸和盐酸混酸法浸取硫铁矿烧渣反应的主要因素包括硫酸过量系数、盐酸用量、水用量、温度、时间,通过正交实验得出影响浸出率各因素的重要性依次为:温度>水量>硫酸过量系数>盐酸过量系数>反应时间,优化工艺条件为:温度90℃、水量30mL、硫酸过量系数1.3、盐酸用量为理论用量的0.2、时间180min,浸取率达到93.53%,明显高于单一硫酸浸取率,使铁的资源化率显著提高,减少了二次污染。The effects of sulphuric acid excess coefficient and hydrochloric acid dosage, water dosage, leaching time and temperature on the leaching rate of pyrite cinder in mixed acid medium were studied. An orthogonal array (five factors in four levels) was employed to evaluate the influence of acid excess coefficient and hydrochloric acid dosage , water dosage , leaching time and temperature on the leaching rate of pyrite cinder. Statistical techniques were used to determine that temperature was the most significant factor affecting the leaching rate. The orders of leaching reaction with respect to leaching temperature, water dosage, sulphuric acid excess coefficient, hydrochloric acid dosage and time were 90 ℃,30 mL, 1. 3, 0. 2, 80 min, respectively. The leaching rate in mixed acid medium with lower secondary pollution was higher than in sulphuric acid pollution and was up to 93.52%.
