摘  要:文章选择我国培育的羊驼毛为原料,以羊毛拉伸细化技术为基础,采用单纤维拉伸的方式,通过水浴定形和化学定形2种方法,并以定形效率为指标讨论定形温度、定形时间和试剂浓度对定形效果的影响,结果表明:2种定形方法对拉伸羊驼毛的定形效果在66%~87%之间。水浴定形因定形时间长,定形温度高而定形效果较好。高锰酸钾因氧化性很强,工艺不易控制,定形时间短而定形效果较差。过硫酸钾和过硼酸钠作用缓和,定形时间长,定形效果较好。In this paper,we choose the alpaca which grown in China as the row material of experiment,by stretching the single fabric of alpaca under the two circumstances which were water bath and chemical shaping.We also used efficiency of shaping as standard to discuss the effects of shaping which were made by temperatures and time and concentration of reagents during shaping process.Results of the experiment indicated the shaping effects of the two methods which were used to shape alpaca were between 66%~87%.Shaping effect of water bath was better due to longer time and higher temperatures during shaping process.Shaping effect of potassium permanganate was worse because of its strong oxidizability,shorter time and hard controlled technics during shaping process.Shaping effects of potassium persulphate and sodium perborate were as good as the effect which water bath made,because of the two chemical substances made moderate impact and taken longer time during shaping process.
