摘　　要：以"信息系统管理的关键问题"研究方法为基础,结合广州市县(区)级公共图书馆的实际情况,通过问卷与访谈相结合的方式,揭示和分析广州市县(区)级公共图书馆在信息化建设中存在的十大关键问题,并以此为基础,针对中小型图书馆的信息化建设提出若干建议。This article reviewed the proceeding of the research of Key Issues in Information Systems Management,and designed a new research method based on the situation of Guangzhou＇s county libraries.The opinions of information managers were collected by questionnaire and interviews.Top ten key issues were listed and discussed,and suggestions for these libraries were given.
