摘  要:研究了两种不同发酵原料的沼渣在番茄人工基质育苗中的使用效果,以及两种沼渣配制的人工育苗基质中氮元素的变化情况。结果表明:在番茄人工育苗基质中,加入10%沼渣可以完全替代化肥,在42 d的育苗期内,幼苗生长良好,未出现缺肥的症状,且育苗效果明显好于化肥。基质中氮元素含量变化情况说明,在育苗过程中不同发酵原料的沼渣,其氨态氮和硝态氮含量变化区别较大。The effect of applying biogas residue from two different kinds of fermenting materials in artificial substrate for nursery of tomato seedlings was studied and the changes of nitrogen in artificial substrate mixed with two kinds of biogas residue were also investigated. The results showed that adding 10% of biogas residue to the tomato artificial substrate can completely replace chemical fertilizers; the seedlings grow well in the 42-day nursery period and did not appear the symptoms of fertilizer deficiency; the nursery effect of artificial substrate with biogas residue was obviously better than that of chemical fertilizers. The changes of nitrogen content in artificial substrate reflected that thd contents of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in biogas residues from different fermenting materials had huge changes during seedlings nursery orocess.
