“两型社会”建设时期农户生产行为目标偏好的调查研究

摘　　要：对长株潭"两型社会"改革试验区和非试点区农户的基本情况以及生产行为目标偏好进行调查研究,并对农户生产行为目标偏好进行了分析。结果显示,"两型社会"建设近3 a,对农户生产行为有积极影响;但由于获得信息途径单一等原因,还有相当一部分农户对两型社会的认识程度不足,其生产行为目标偏好不符合两型社会建设要求,且在生产过程中存在不注重环境的保护与资源的合理利用。应加大宣传力度,加强长株潭农村地区生产领域、技术交流、信息传递等方面的建设。The basic situations and target predilection of production behavior of farmers in experimental area and non-experimental area of resouree-conserving and environment-friendly society reform in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that constructing resouree-eonserving and envirunment-friendly society for almost three years has influenced production behavior of farmers actively. However, because of some reasons that the information acquiring channel is single etc., a lot of farmers lack understanding of resource-conserving and environment-friendly society and theirs target predilection of production behavior is not accord with the requirements of resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, naeanwhile, they do not pay attention to the environmental protection and rational utilization of resources during production process. Therefore, it should strengthen the propaganda works and promote the construction of production field, technology communication and information transfer in rural area in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region.
