摘 要:目的研究急性二氧化碳(CO2)中毒大鼠应用高压氧吸氧、高浓度和低浓度常压吸氧3种不同氧疗方式治疗对血清酶学和电解质的影响。方法健康雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组(A组)、CO2染毒组(B组)、染毒后高压氧治疗组[压力为2个大气压(ATA),氧浓度100%](C组)、染毒后高浓度常压吸氧治疗组(氧浓度50%)(D组)、染毒后低浓度常压吸氧治疗组(氧浓度33%)(E组)。给予吸入CO2气体制作急性CO2中毒大鼠模型,染毒后分别给予不同方式氧疗后,检测各组大鼠血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(CTNⅠ)、肌酸激酶(CK)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、血钾、血钠、血氯水平。结果 B、D、E组CTNⅠ、CK、AST水平高于A组(P<0.05);C组与A组比较CTNⅠ、CK、AST水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B、D和E组血钾水平高于A组(P<0.05);A与C组血钾水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B、D和E组血钠和血氯水平低于A组(P<0.05);C与A组比较血钠和血氯水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性CO2中毒大鼠高压氧治疗对于改善血清酶学的升高和纠正电解质的紊乱与其他氧疗方式相比,有显著疗效。Objective To study the changes of serum enzymes and electrolytes in rats with acute carbon dioxide ( CO2 ) poisoning after different oxygen therapies, which includes hyperbaric oxygen treatment, high concentration of atmospheric oxygen treatment and low concentration of atmospheric oxygen treatment. Methods 60 healthy male SD rats were randomized into normal control group ( group A), CO2 exposure group ( group B), after exposed hyperbaric oxygen treatment group ( pressure 2 ATA, FiO2 100% ) ( group C), after exposed high concentration of atmospheric oxygen treatment group ( FiO2 50% ) ( group D), after exposed low concentration of atmospheric oxygen treatment group (FiO2 33% ) (group E). After the acute CO2 poisoned rats were treated with different oxygen, serum troponin I (CTN I ), creatine kinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), potassium, sodium and chloride were detected respeetively. Results CTN I , CK and AST in group B.D and E were higher than those of group A ( P 〈 O. 05 ). There were no significant differences of CTN I , CK and AST between group C and group A ( P 〉 0.05 ). Serum potassium levels in group B, D and E were higher than that of group A (P 〈 0. 05), but without significant difference between group C and group A(P 〉0.05). Serum sodium and chloride levels of group B,D and E were lower than those of group A( P 〈 0. 05 ), while there were no significant differences of serum sodium and chloride between group C and group A( P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment was better than other oxygen treatments on reduce serum enzymes and correct electrolytes disturbances in rats with acute carbon dioxide poisoning.
