摘  要:目的:评价肺血减少性先天性心脏病(先心病)外科术后,补充性介入治疗的价值。方法:对我科2010年5月至2011年6月住院的15例患者,肺血减少性先心病外科根治或减状手术后的补充性介入治疗进行总结分析。男性10例,女性5例,年龄6个月~14岁,平均3.7岁。病种及外科手术方式包括法洛四联症根治术或减状术5例,右心室双出口Glenn术3例,肺动脉闭锁根治术3例,Glenn术1例,单心室Glenn术2例及共同动脉干根治术1例。介入治疗情况:1.体肺侧枝血管封堵术10例,其中因肺出血而急诊封堵术3例,体肺侧枝血管肺静脉瘘1例。2.因Glenn术后奇静脉扩张窃血、血氧饱和度下降行奇静脉封堵1例。3.外科术后肺动脉狭窄行狭窄部位球囊扩张术4例。结果:介入治疗达到预期效果,未发生与操作相关的并发症。结论:介入治疗可作为一些复杂先心病外科术后,有效的补充性治疗手段。Objective:To evaluate the valuations of interventional treatments for patients with pulmonary blood-lacking congenital heart diseases after surgical procedure.Methods:Fifteen patients with pulmonary blood-lacking congenital heart diseases were treated by transcatheter embolization or dilation after surgical procedures.Results:Fifteen patients consisted of 10 male and 5 female,the average age was 3.7 years(6 m~14 y).Surgical procedures were radical or alleviating operation in 5 patients with tetralogy of Fallot;Glenn's in 3 patients with double outlet of right ventricle,2 patients with single ventricle and 1 patient with pulmonary atresia,radical correction in 1 patient with common artery truncus and 3 patients with pulmonary atresia respectively.Interventional treatments include embolization in 10 patients with aortopulmonary collateral arteries and 1 patient with aortopulmonary venous fistula,closure of azygos vein in 1 patient because of desaturation after glenn's procedure,balloon dilation in 4 patient with pulmonary artery stenosis.Conclusion:Interventional treatments were effective therapy for patients with pulmonary blood-lacking congenital heart diseases after surgical procedures.
