摘　　要：介绍了纳米陶瓷金属表面处理剂(NT-1)在家电涂装行业中的应用,对比了采用NT-1的陶化工艺同传统磷化工艺相比较的优势,并阐述了NT-1产品应用在涂装生产中的工艺方法,以及NT-1产品在涂装生产中的常见问题及其解决方法。This paper introduces the use of nano ceramic metal surface treatment agent （NT-1） in the household appliances painting industry, compares the advantages of NT-1 technology with the traditional technology, and narrates the process of NT-1 product for painting production and the common problems of NT-1 product and solution to the problems.
