摘 要:提出一种气象探空仪试验用太阳模拟器光学系统的设计方法:以往的太阳模拟器主要用于航天器空间环境模拟试验,对光谱分布和辐照均匀性要求相对较低。该文研制的用于太阳辐射测量仪器性能检测的太阳模拟器,要求其光谱分布在0.4~1.1μm波段范围内与A级AM1.5太阳光谱相匹配;辐照均匀性为±1%;辐照稳定性为±1%/h;属高精度小型太阳模拟器。采用一种同轴透射式准直光学系统的设计方案,并对整个光学系统进行优化设计,经理论计算与实际测量,光谱基本在AM1.5附近,辐照均匀性也小于±1%,结果满足设计要求。A design method of the optical system of the sun simulator for weather sonde experiment was presented : in the past the solar simulator was mainly used for the simulative test of the aircraft in the space environment, the requirements of spectral distribution and irradiation uniformity were relatively low. The developed solar simulator which was used for the performance test of the solar radiation measuring instrument, requiring its spectral distribution was matched with the class A of the AM1.5 solar spectrum in the 0.4-1.1 μm band, irradiation uniformity was ± 1% and stability was ± 1%/h, actually it was a high-precision and small-sized solar simulator. The system used a design project of coaxial transmission-type and collimating optical system, and we made optimization design at the whole optical system. Through theoretical calculation and practical measurement, spectrum is basically near the AM1.5 solar spectrum and the irradiation uniformity is also less than ± 1% , the results meet the design requirements.
