摘  要:目的:建立能同时检测鳙鱼肉中三种微囊藻毒素(MC-RR、MC-YR、MC-LR)的高效液相色谱分析法。方法:鱼样经90%的甲醇提取、离心后经固相萃取柱富集、净化,甲醇洗脱,氮吹浓缩,以乙腈+水(含0.05%三氟乙酸)38+62为流动相,经C18柱分离2,38 nm波长检测。结果:三种微囊藻毒素在0.25 mg/L~2.50 mg/L均有良好的线性,其相关系数均大于0.9995;回收率在67%~83%;RSD均小于5.0%。结论:该法灵敏度高、操作简便、准确,适用于淡水鱼中微囊藻毒素的检测。Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of three microcystins(MCs)(MC-RR,MC-YR,MC-LR)in Aristichthys nobilis by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods: MCs in Aristichthys nobilis were extracted by 90% methanol.The microcystins were determined by the method of HPLC after solid phase extraction(SPE).The mobile phase is consist of 38% acetonitrile,62% water with 0.05% TFA.The microcystins were separated and determined with C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,i.d.,5 μm) by UV at 238 nm.Results: The three MCs in the range of 0.25 mg/L^2.50 mg/L had a good linear relation with correlation coefficient more than 0.9995.The recoveries were 67%~83% for the three MCs and RSDs were less than 5.0%.Conclusion: This method was found to be sensitive,accurate to determine trace MCs in freshwate fish.
