摘  要:目的:建立稳定、灵敏、可靠的聚乙二醇辛基苯醚(OP)-酚试剂分光光度法测定公共场所空气中甲醛的方法。方法:采用OP为稳定剂,酚试剂分光光度法测定甲醛。结果:甲醛浓度在0.002 mg/m3~0.25 mg/m3范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2)=0.9997,回收率在93.0%~100.0%,相对标准偏差≤5%(n=6),最低检出限为0.02μg。结论:采用OP-酚试剂分光光度法测定公共场所空气中甲醛,具有快速、灵敏、准确的优点,可用于公共场所空气中甲醛的测定。Objective: To develop a stable,sensitive and accurate method for determination of formaldehyde in the air in public places by phenol reagent spectrophotometry with polyethylene glycol Octylphenyl ether(OP).Methods: In this method,OP was used as a stablizer,and the formaldehyde in the air of public places was determined by phenol reagent spectrophotometry.Results: Linearity in the range of 0.002 mg/m3~0.25 mg/m3 provided a determination coefficient(R2) of 0.9997 for formaldehyde.Recoveries were in the range of 93.0%~100.0%,precision values expressed as relative standard deviations(RSDs) were less than 5%(n=6),and the limit of quantification(LOQs) was 0.02 μg.Conclusion: A rapid,sensitive and accurate method using OP-phenol reagent by spectrophotometry was established for the determination of formaldehyde,the method can be applied to the routine analyses of formaldehyde in the air of public places.
