摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定克痢痧胶囊中丁香酚的含量,以提高原质量标准。方法:采用Eclipse XDB C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm5,μm),以甲醇-水(58∶42)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm,进样量为10μl。结果:丁香酚的线性范围为0.215μg～3.225μg(r=0.9999);方法的精密度良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.22%;加标回收率为96.0%～98.7%。结论:测定方法简便、快速,准确性和重复性好,可用于质量控制。Objective： To develop a convenient method for determining the content of eugenol in Kelisha capsules to control the quality better.Methods： The sample was analyzed by Eclipse XDB C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,and methanol-water（58∶42）was used as mobile phase.The folw rate was at 1.0 ml/min.The detective wavelength was at 280 nm.Injection volume was 10 μl.Results： The linear range of eugenol was 0.215 μg～3.225 μg（r=0.9999）;The precision of the method was good and RSD was 0.22%;The recovery was 96.0%～98.7%.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of this preparation.
